How our services make a difference

People who are homeless have a higher risk of illness, and face barriers to accessing mainstream health services and palliative care. We welcome these people to Journey Home Hospice, where we will serve 40 to 50 individuals a year, as well as their network of family, friends and caregivers.

We provide quality care administered by professionals trained to care specifically for this population and bring comfort and a dignified death to those who have experienced a difficult life.
