How our services make a difference
People who are homeless have a higher risk of illness, and face barriers to accessing mainstream health services and palliative care. We welcome these people to Journey Home Hospice, where we will serve many individuals a year, as well as their network of family, friends and caregivers.
We provide quality care administered by professionals trained to care specifically for this population and bring comfort and a dignified death to those who have experienced a difficult life.
